Cancellation, Returns & Warranties

Cancellation Terms

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling), you are within your rights to cancel your order within 1 working day from receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order and return an item to us, we require –

  • Notification within 1 working day via your registered telephone or email.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and for ensuring adequate tracking is in place to avoid the item going missing.
  • Our contract with the courier is only for delivery of items from our factory. We are unable to arrange collection of your item for the purposes of return.
  • Rest ‘n’ Sleep® reserves the right to take action to claim back any expenses the company incurs in relation to repair or otherwise returning our goods to the condition in which they were sent, should they arrive damaged or dirty.
  • You are advised to retain proof of purchase and the receipt for your beanbag, and to include your receipt with your return package.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Warranty Policy

We take utmost care to ensure that each and every bean bag we make and ship is manufactured with stringent quality checks and packed and delivered with care.

In the rarest of cases where an issue does arise, we promise a hassle free warranty policy.


  • 6 Months repair warranty against any manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects on stitching only.
  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear and excludes commercial use.
  • Buyer has to send the product without the beans (along with the original invoice) to our manufacturing unit at their expense.

Replacement Policy

  • In case of manufacturing defects or in transit damage, the product will be replaced free of cost.
  • Mail us the details of the damage at [email protected] or call 08605551122, with photographs within 24 hours, to process such claims.
  • Exchanged items may take up to 10 business days to manufacture and ship from our facility.
